The importance of thanksgiving prayer
Psalm 105:1 – “Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name, and make His deeds known among the people.”
We must thank our almighty God for all His blessings and for each breath that we take. We must be grateful to Him each and every moment for His presence in our life. We must express gratitude to our Heavenly Father for the daily bread that He provides us, the basic needs for our daily life that He fulfills, and the safety, help and protection which we receive from Him. Every thanksgiving prayer that comes out of our mouth bears witness to our unshakable faith and love for our Lord. It is our duty to share His blessings and miracles among the gentiles. We need to tell the world that Jesus Christ is not only our Messiah but He is the only true Savior for this entire universe as well. We must pay thanks to His grace until our last breath because whatever we are, it’s all because of Him. Amen.
